Terms of service
By placing an order with CRE8 Studio, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Payments
- All orders require 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.
- Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, and online payments via Razorpay.
Custom Orders
- For custom designs, we share a digital preview before cutting. Production begins only after your written approval.
- Once approved and production has started, no changes can be made to the design, size, or text.
- CRE8 Studio reserves the right to decline orders that involve copyrighted characters or offensive content.
Intellectual Property
- All original designs created by CRE8 Studio remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- CRE8 Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
- We are not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage of products after delivery.
Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
