Shipping policy

CRE8 Studio ships pan-India to all major cities and towns.

Dispatch time:

• Ready stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Custom orders: dispatched within 2–4 working days after design approval and advance payment
• During peak festive seasons (Diwali, wedding season), dispatch may take up to 5–7 working days

Delivery time: 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹799
• A flat shipping fee applies to orders below ₹799 (shown at checkout)

Tracking: A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Important notes:

• We are not responsible for delays by the courier partner after dispatch
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering
• In case of a failed delivery, re-delivery charges may apply
