Refund policy

At CRE8 Studio, every product is made to order with care and precision. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

When we do offer a refund or replacement:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • There is a manufacturing defect (wrong cut, incorrect text, damaged finish)
  • The wrong item was dispatched

Important conditions:

  • You must record an unboxing video at the time of opening your parcel. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
  • Damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
  • Custom orders where the design was approved by the customer before production

Refund process: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
